Polyaspartic Flake Coating
$5.50/sq ft
This is the system most people picture when they think of a finished garage floor: a base coat, vinyl flake broadcast to refusal, then scraped, cleaned and sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat.
Best for: Garages, basements, shops, patios, warehouses and commercial floors

The flake does two jobs. It hides slab imperfections and colour variation, and it builds texture into the floor so it is not slick when wet. Colour blends are chosen to suit the space — anything from a subtle grey to a heavy multi-colour broadcast.
Polyaspartic is the difference between a floor that looks good and a floor that stays looking good. It is tougher than epoxy on its own, far more resistant to UV yellowing, and it handles hot tyres, which is what destroys a lot of cheaper garage coatings.

- Flake broadcast to refusal, then scraped back for a smooth, even finish
- Polyaspartic topcoat over the top for durability and UV stability

Mechanical grinding
The slab is ground to fully open the pores. This is the step most companies skip, and it is the one that decides whether a coating lasts.
Crack and pit repair
Cracks, joints and damaged areas are repaired before anything is coated, so they do not telegraph back through the finish.
Base coat
The base coat goes down onto clean, bare, open concrete — so it bonds into the slab instead of sitting on it.
Flake or decorative broadcast
Vinyl flake, quartz or metallic pigment is worked in, depending on the system and the look you are after.
Scrape, clean and seal
The floor is scraped back smooth, cleaned, and sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat built to take daily use.
