Most concrete coating companies skip the most important part: prep. No grinding, no crack repair, just slap the coating on and hope it sticks. That is why you see peeling, bubbling floors that fail in a year — and that lifetime warranty does not mean much.
We grind the concrete to fully open the pores, repair the cracks, and use epoxy and polyaspartic high-grade systems — the same materials used in commercial spaces that take a beating every day.

Mechanical grinding
The slab is ground to fully open the pores. This is the step most companies skip, and it is the one that decides whether a coating lasts.
Crack and pit repair
Cracks, joints and damaged areas are repaired before anything is coated, so they do not telegraph back through the finish.
Base coat
The base coat goes down onto clean, bare, open concrete — so it bonds into the slab instead of sitting on it.
Flake or decorative broadcast
Vinyl flake, quartz or metallic pigment is worked in, depending on the system and the look you are after.
Scrape, clean and seal
The floor is scraped back smooth, cleaned, and sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat built to take daily use.
