Residential Epoxy Flooringin Aurora, Longmont, Erie, Parker and across the Front Range
Garages, basements, laundry rooms and workshops — coated in a house that people are still living in, and left clean.

Residential work is not just smaller commercial work. You are in somebody's home, often while they are in it, and the job is judged on things a warehouse owner would never think about: how much dust got into the rest of the house, whether the finished colour actually matches what was picked, and whether the crew was reasonable to have around for two days.
The rooms homeowners actually coat
Garages are the most common by a wide margin, and they are their own subject. After that it is basements — a coated basement floor is dramatically brighter than bare concrete, stops the constant fine dust that a raw slab gives off, and handles a water heater letting go far better than carpet does.
Then the rooms people do not think of until they see one finished: laundry rooms, mudrooms, workshops, home gyms, storage rooms and the space under a finished basement stair. They are small, they are quick, and they are usually the ones customers mention afterwards.
Choosing a finish you will still like in five years
Full-broadcast flake is the most popular residential finish for good reasons: it hides dirt and tire marks, gives real grip underfoot, and the colour blend can be matched to the house rather than looking like a shop floor.
Metallic is the showpiece option — pigments poured and worked across the floor so no two are the same. It is the right call for a finished basement or a feature space and the wrong call for a working garage. Solid colours and clear sealed finishes sit at the quieter end. We will bring samples and talk through what the room is actually used for before anyone commits to a look.

Our expertise
How we approach residential epoxy flooring
Grinding concrete makes dust, and how a contractor handles that is the difference between a good experience and a fortnight of cleaning. Small basement spaces often mean hand-grinding where a walk-behind will not fit, corners and stair returns done by hand, and containment so the dust does not end up through the rest of the house.
Brock is on site for the work, so the person who quoted your floor is the person standing on it, and there is no handoff to a crew who were not part of that conversation. That matters more in a home than anywhere else.
Most residential jobs are one or two days. We will tell you up front what the floor needs, what it costs — coatings start at $4.25 per square foot — and if the slab is not a good candidate for a coating, we will tell you that instead of selling you one anyway.
Residential Epoxy Flooring questions
How messy is the grinding?+
There is dust — that is unavoidable when you mechanically grind concrete. The question is whether it is contained, and on our jobs it is. You should not be finding concrete dust through the house a week later.
Can you coat a basement floor that gets damp?+
We check the slab for moisture before quoting, because moisture coming up through concrete will push a coating off no matter how well it was bonded. If that is what is happening, we will tell you before you spend money, not after.
Do I need to be home during the work?+
Not for the whole job, but we will agree access and timing with you up front. Most residential floors are finished in one or two days.

Epoxy Flooring
A hard, chemical-resistant epoxy floor is only as good as the concrete it is bonded to. We grind first, repair first, and coat last.
