Polyaspartic Flooringin Aurora, Longmont, Erie, Parker and across the Front Range
UV stable, fast curing, and it will still cure when the garage is cold. This is the topcoat that does the surviving.

Polyaspartic is a polyurea — a newer chemistry than epoxy and, for a Colorado floor, a better-behaved one. It cures fast, stays flexible instead of going brittle, holds its colour in direct sun, and keeps curing at temperatures that would stall an epoxy out entirely. On most of our jobs it is the layer you are actually walking on.
Why polyaspartic suits Colorado specifically
We are at altitude, which means more UV than the same job would see at sea level. We get freeze-thaw cycles that can run several times in a single week, road salt and snowmelt dragged in on tires all winter, and garage temperatures that swing hard between a July afternoon and a January morning.
Polyaspartic handles all of that better than epoxy does on its own. It does not yellow or chalk under UV. It stays flexible enough to move with a slab that is expanding and contracting instead of cracking along with it. And it cures in cold conditions, which is why polyaspartic work is possible in months when a pure epoxy install would be a gamble.
Fast cure, and what that means for your schedule
Polyaspartic sets in hours, not days. Practically, that is the difference between a garage you cannot park in for most of a week and one you are back in quickly. For a business, it is the difference between closing for the weekend and closing for a week.
It cuts both ways, though: a fast-cure material gives the installer a short working window, and there is no going back to fix a run or a holiday once it has kicked. It is not a forgiving material to learn on, which is part of why the price is what it is.

Our expertise
How we approach polyaspartic flooring
We use polyaspartic two ways. Over an epoxy base with a full flake broadcast, it is the topcoat on the system most people picture when they think of a finished garage floor — the epoxy bonds and builds, the flake gives colour and grip, the polyaspartic seals it all under a hard, UV-stable layer.
On exterior concrete it goes down as the whole system. Patios, walkways, porches and pool decks get a UV-stable polyaspartic with the texture built up for grip, because a wet patio that looks beautiful and puts someone on their back is a failed floor.
Either way the prep does not change. The slab gets ground open, the cracks and joints get repaired, and the coating gets bonded into clean concrete. Polyaspartic is a better material than epoxy in most respects, but it will delaminate just as happily off a slab that was never prepared.
Polyaspartic Flooring questions
Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?+
For the top layer, yes. It holds colour in sun, stays flexible and cures faster. But it is not a straight swap. Epoxy builds thickness and bonds beautifully into ground concrete, which is why most of our interior floors use both: epoxy as the base, polyaspartic over the top.
Can you install polyaspartic in winter?+
Often, yes. Polyaspartic keeps curing at temperatures where epoxy will not, which makes cold-weather work realistic in a way it otherwise is not. Call or text and we will tell you honestly whether your floor and the forecast work together.
How long before I can park on it?+
Much sooner than an epoxy-only floor. The exact return-to-service window depends on the system, the temperature and the size of the slab, and we will give you a real number for your job rather than a brochure number.

Epoxy Flooring
A hard, chemical-resistant epoxy floor is only as good as the concrete it is bonded to. We grind first, repair first, and coat last.
