Floors in Erie
What we see around town
Erie has grown fast, and most of what we coat here is newer construction — Vista Ridge, Colliers Hill, Erie Highlands — where the slabs are in good shape and the garages are big, often three-car. Newer concrete takes a coating well, but it still has to be ground: the power-trowelled finish on a new slab is dense and closed, and a coating rolled straight onto it has nothing to bite into.
Most of our Erie work is three-car attached garages, finished basements, back patios. Whatever the surface, the sequence is the same: grind the slab, repair the cracks and pits, then bond the coating into clean, open concrete. That prep is the whole job — it is why our floors do not peel a year later.

Services we offer in Erie
Epoxy Flooring
A hard, chemical-resistant epoxy floor is only as good as the concrete it is bonded to. We grind first, repair first, and coat last.
Polyaspartic Flooring
UV stable, fast curing, and it will still cure when the garage is cold. This is the topcoat that does the surviving.
Garage Floor Coating
The most abused slab you own, coated properly. Hot tires, road salt, snowmelt and freeze-thaw — planned for, not hoped past.
Patio Coating
Outdoor concrete at altitude gets punished. A patio coating has to survive UV, freeze-thaw and being walked on wet.
Residential Epoxy Flooring
Garages, basements, laundry rooms and workshops — coated in a house that people are still living in, and left clean.
Commercial Epoxy Flooring
A commercial floor has two jobs: survive the traffic, and not cost you trading days while it goes in.
Industrial Epoxy Flooring
Forklifts, pallet jacks, dropped tools and spilled everything. An industrial floor is specified for the worst day, not the average one.
